Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Keyes Church of Christ with Johnny Knight officiating. Burial will be in Willobar Cemetery by Cimarron Mortuary of Boise City. Mr. Pugh was born June 18, 1968, in Liberal, Kan. He married Connie Frazier on Feb. 14, 1996. Survivors include his wife; a daughter, MacKenzie; his mother, Mary of Keyes; and two sisters, Debbie Scharf of Superior, Colo., and Elaine Pugh of Westminster, Colo.
