All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::NOT LISTED Donald Raymond "Ray" Richards Jr.: 1969-2005 Donald Raymond "Ray" Richards Jr., 36, of Amarillo died Friday, Aug. 5, 2005, in Cimarron County, Okla. Memorial services will be at 6 p.m. today in Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors Bell Avenue Chapel, 5400 S. Bell St., with Michael Brien, pastor, officiating. Mr. Richards was born Jan. 4, 1969, in Torrance, Calif., to Donald and Norma Brown Richards. Ray loved to play the guitar and wrote music. He played in the band "Duality" for many years and even recorded several sound tracks. He loved hiking, camping, cooking, riding his motorcycle and helping others. He was honorably discharged from the Army. He was a carpenter by trade. He married Jade Allison Webb on Aug. 14, 2004, in Amarillo where they made their home. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Natasha Richards of Utah, Jami Richards of Louisiana and Victoria Richards of Amarillo; his mother, Norma Cox and husband, Fred, of Hasty, Colo.; his father, Donald Richards Sr. and wife, Mary, of Amarillo; two brothers, Fred Cox Jr. and Clint Cox, both of Hasty; five sisters, Eula Myers and husband, Rod, of McClave, Colo., Sharon Hass and husband, Scott, of Dalhart, Terry Sayre and husband, Mike, of Ohio, Billie Vollmuth and husband, John, of Alabama and Carrie Good and husband, Curtis, of Missouri; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.
