Rutledge CLAYTON, N.M. - Donald N. Rutledge, 91, died Tuesday, Dec. 24, 1996. Services will be at 2 p.m. today in First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Andy Husted, pastor, and the Rev. Billy Rammage, pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Clayton Memorial Cemetery by Hass Funeral Directors. Mr. Rutledge was born in Seward County, Neb. He attended school in Utica and received a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. He married Ann R. Lewien in 1929 at Lincoln. She died in 1990. They lived in Omaha before moving to a ranch west of Kenton, Okla. They spent 30 years ranching there. He retired in 1966 and they moved to Clayton. He was active in church and civic affairs. He did lay preaching in the Mexhoma area for 24 years. He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Clayton. Survivors include a sister, Margaret Richmond of Lincoln. The family requests memorials be to First United Methodist Church, P.O.
