Laurence A. "Scottie" Scott
BOISE CITY, Okla. - Laurence A. "Scottie" Scott, 80, died Saturday, Oct. 25, 2003.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Boise City Christian Church with Frank Lynch and Tom Milbern officiating. Burial will be in Boise City Cemetery by Cimarron Mortuary.
Mr. Scott was born Nov. 25, 1922, northwest of Texhoma. He married Frances Williams on April 7, 1949, in Raton, N.M.
Survivors include two sons, Laurence W. "Sonny" Scott of Front Royal, Va., and Donald L. Scott of Guymon; three brothers, Windfield Scott of Sedan, N.M., Randolph Scott of Durango, Colo., and James Claude Scott of McPherson, Kan.; a sister, Elmadene Kropp of Hurst; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to Cimarron Memorial Hospital of Cimarron Nursing Home and may be sent to the mortuary.
