::Clayton Memorial Cemetery--Clayton NM

Sarah Ellen Wikoff

RATON, N.M. - Sarah Ellen Wikoff, 89, died Monday, Jan. 11, 1999. 

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today in Clayton Cemetery with 
the Rev. Billy Ramage officiating. Arrangements are by Errington 
Memorial Chapel.

Ms. Wikoff was born in Burtrand, Okla. She graduated from Clayton 
High School in 1927 and attended Panhandle A&M and Central State 
College in Edmond, Okla. She taught school in the Clayton area for 15 
years. 

She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Raton, Queen Esther 
Chapter Order of Eastern Star, Daughter of the Nile Yucca Temple 74, 
and a member of Colonel Aide-De-Camp of the Governor of New Mexico.

Survivors include special friends, Roy and Lorene Grob of Raton; five 
nieces; and three nephews.

The family requests memorials in lieu of flowers be to the Eastern 
Star in Raton.
