Submitted by: Joan (Duncan) Fahrney Joanbf@aol.com ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This article is from "The Cimarron News" Boise City, Cimarron County, Oklahoma, Friday, June 17, 1927. HILTON-GABRIEL NUPTIALS SOLEMNIZED "Wednesday afternoon, at Boise City the Rev. I. Jones performed the wedding service for Roy Hilton, of Goodwell, and Miss Lavon Gabriel, east of Keyes. The groom is a resident of Goodwell but is at present putting out a wheat crop with his father. The bride is a daughter of county commissioner W.E. Gabrial and is one of the popular young women of the Keyes neighborhood. After the crop has been put in the young couple will make their home in Goodwell. I assume since this is a Friday paper, the wedding took place on June 15th, 1927 (Wednesday).
