Services are scheduled for 11 am Friday, at Little Axe Baptist Church, with the Rev Sunny Stuart officiating. Burial will be at 3:30 pm at Colbert Cemetery in Colbert, under the direction of Primrose Funeral Service. He was born Feb 12, 1925 in Colbert, to Henry and Mabel Alexander Brigman. He married Helen Nevels on Dec 23, 1983 (sic), in Norman. He had lived in Norman since 1976, and was a retired plumber. Mr Brigman was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers; and two sisters. He is survived by his wife, Helen, of the home; a son, Gene Brigman and his wife, Rennie, of Fort Worth, Texas; two stepsons, Tony Speranza of Naples, Fla; and Lee DeFrancesco of Norman; two step-daughters, Michelle Ruff of Milford, Conn; and Laura DeFrancesco of Norman; three sisters, Ola Kirby of Colbert, Helen Martin of Dennison, Texas, and Roxie Hestily of Maybank, Texas; two brothers, Edward Brigman and his wife, Mildred, of Colbert, and Leon Brigman of Colbert; three grandchildren; and five great- grandchildren.
