Cook, Zachary T.

Zachary T. Cook, our precious angel for five months, fell asleep 
Friday, June 30, 2006.

Funeral: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Pauline Minor Chapel, Pastor James 
Thompson of Mount Olive Church, Arlington, eulogist. Burial: Friday 
in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Norman, Okla. Visitation: 9 to 10:30 a.m. 
Wednesday in Pauline Minor Chapel.

Survivors: Loving parents, James T. and Carrie D. Cook; grandparents, 
Jeremiah and Patricia Marshall and Darrell and Kathy Bandy; aunt, 
Felicia Cook; great-uncle, James Bray; great-aunt, Loretta Lemmons; 
and many other relatives and family friends.
