III, was born on September 19, 1957 in Norman, OK as the first child of John and Greta Morris Cailloux, Jr. He was raised in Tulsa, OK and eventually settled in the Dallas area. John went to be with his Lord on October 4, 2007 after a long, valiant battle with colon cancer. John leaves behind: his wife, Janet; daughters, Stephanie, Mandy, Amanda and Felicia; parents, John and Greta Cailloux; sister, Suzanne and her husband, Ray Quinton; aunts, Camille Bennett and Alice Sue Schendel; uncle, Travis Schendel; cousins, Cindy and Steve Schendel and Megan Clampett; a multitude of nieces, nephews, loving family members and friends. He graduated from Washington High School, Tulsa, OK in 1975. After graduation he worked for his father at Lafayette Electronics in Tulsa for two years. His career began in software sales. He graduated from Southwest University with a degree in Computer Science Management in 1988. He later advanced into the information technology division. Additionally, he attended the San Francisco Culinary School and published a cookbook titled, "Better than Sex" in 2005 while battling colon cancer. During his teens John was involved in The Boy Scouts of America and The Order of DeMoley. He enjoyed boating, camping and racing dune cycles. He later turned these passions into a love of riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle with his wife and friends. He was an active member of the Dallas H.O.G. chapter. Services will be held at Chapel of Roses, Irving, TX on Tuesday, October 9, 2007 at 9 a.m. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Tulsa, OK at 4 p.m. Reception will follow at the home of Ray and Suzanne Quinton.
