Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Mt. Olive Funeral Home Chapel in Hugo with the Rev. Andy Reed officiating. Burial will be at Wheelock Cemetery. Mt. Olive Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Mrs. Gay was born Oct. 24, 1919, in Wright City, to Robert and Nancy "French" Logan. She married Ransome E. Gay Feb. 6, 1943, in Cleveland County. She was a registered nurse and was head of the nursing department for Norman Municipal Hospital during the 1950s. She later taught with her husband. She became a farmer and rancher with her husband when they moved to northern Choctaw County in 1975.
