Mariyanadam Pulugujju officiating. A rosary will be said at 7 p.m. Thursday at Primrose Funeral Service Chapel, 1109 N. Porter, Norman. Mr. Cook died Sunday, Nov. 9, 2003, in Anadarko. Burial will be at Fort Cobb Cemetery under direction of Primrose Funeral Service. He was born March 28, 1986, in Chickasha. He attended Norman North High School, Moore-Norman Vo-tech and Fort Cobb public school. Survivors include his parents, Marvin and Tamra Guy-Delaware; two brothers: Joshua Lane Cook and Anthonie Justin Guy; a sister, Samantha Elizabeth Guy; his grandparents: Elizabeth "Betty" Guy, Antionette "Nona" and Hinds Tee; his uncles: Willard B. Guy Jr., Tvwlv and Kim Moffer, and D.
