Services were July 13 in Coppell, Texas. Mr. Loving was born July 10, 1966, in Lubbock, Texas, to Wayne and Neva Jo Loving. Mr. Loving was preceded in death by his mother, Neva Jo Loving and grandfather, Lee Loving.
