All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Amarillo Globe News 10 Sep 1998 Virgil Ludden PAMPA - Virgil Ludden, 82, a longtime Pampa resident, died Tuesday, Sept. 8, 1998, in Norman, Okla. Graveside services will be at 9:30 today in Memory Gardens Cemetery with Dr. Jim Prock, pastor of First Baptist Church in Pampa, officiating. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors. Mr. Ludden was born in Canadian and had been a resident of Canadian and Pampa for most of his life. He was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II. He retired from Phillips after 32 years of service. Mr. Ludden was a Methodist. He moved to Harrah, Okla., 10 months ago. He married Dorothy Noblett in 1990. She died in June.
