Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Norman Regional Hospital Chapel on the first floor with Mike Garner, Norman Regional Hospital pastoral care chaplain, officiating. Mrs. McDonald was born Dec. 9, 1930, in Houston. She was a longtime Norman resident. She worked in various positions at the University of Oklahoma Press, Norman Transcript and AAA. She was founder of the local Norman chapter for Macular Degeneration Support Group. Mrs. McDonald is survived by her sons, Glen McDonald and wife, Eloise, of Norman, Mike McDonald and wife, Monetta, of Happy Camp, Calif., and David McDonald and wife, Lucretia, of Denville, N.J.; daughters, Carrie Boylan and husband, Nathan, of Norman and Zoe Anna Barclay of Ashland, Ore.; grandchildren, Quynton, Brian, Ryan, Carissa, Elisa and P.J. McDonald, Reama Dagasan and husband, Cengiz, Nate Boylan and wife, Rachel, and Ian Boylan; and great-grandchildren, Salih Dagasan and Skyler Boylan.
