Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Parkside Chapel with the Rev. Dennis Latham and the Rev. John Bethard officiating. Burial will be in West Park Cemetery by Parkside Chapel Funeral Home. Mrs. McCauley was born Sept. 5, 1910, in Moore, Okla., the daughter of William and Minnie Williams. She was a retired florist. Survivors include a son, Steve Slagle of Booneville, Ark.; a daughter, Patsy Ireland of Hereford; a sister, Polly Bridges of Garland; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to Crown of Texas Hospice, 1000 S. Jefferson St., Amarillo, TX 79101. Amarillo Globe-News, June 20, 2002
