Services were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Alameda Baptist Church with the Rev. Phil Ratliff officiating. Burial was in Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery by Havenbrook Funeral Home. Mr. Moore was born May 11, 1929, in Wynnewood. He married Marlene Perkins on Aug. 7, 1948, in Amarillo, Texas. Survivors include his wife; a son, Jerry Moore of Norman; two daughters, Kathy Smith of Norman and Theresa Stringer of Oklahoma City; his mother, Ethrel Pyle Moore of Amarillo; a brother, Kenneth Moore of Amarillo; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to Alameda Baptist Church of Norman or Gideons International.
