Pepper Kathryn F. Pepper, 90, formerly of Norman died Thursday, May 8, in San Antonio. A rosary will be held at 5 p.m. today at Havenbrook Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Thomas More University Parish with the Rev. Bill Pruett officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Havenbrook Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Mrs. Pepper was born March 4, 1913, in Chicago, to Joseph and Ida Frieden. She grew up and attended school in Chicago. She married Clyde Pepper in Chicago in 1939. The couple moved to Norman from Birmingham, Ala., in 1963. Mrs. Pepper was a volunteer for the American Red Cross for more than 40 years. She also volunteered for the Norman Regional Hospital. She was an active member of St. Thomas More. Mrs. Pepper was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and her son in law, Michael Dale McCullough. Mrs. Pepper is survived by her daughter, Mary Kay McCullough of Plano, Texas; grandchildren, Shawn McCullough and his wife, Marleen, of San Antonio, Kathleen McCullough of Dallas and Maureen Rasmussen and her husband, Matt, of Plano; great-grandchildren, Kyrianna McCullough, Kristen McCullough, Ryan McCullough, Colleen Rasmussen and Lauren Rasmussen. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Return to Cleveland County Archives: http://www.usgwarchives.net/ok/cleveland/cleveland.html
