Selvidge, Jr.) was born November 27, 1922, in Norman, Oklahoma to Mr. and Mrs. Boise Fulkerson and died Tuesday, May 20, 2003, in Oklahoma City. Upon her graduation from Norman High School in 1940, she completed most of her undergraduate work at the University of Oklahoma and received her degree from Southeastern State University after marriage and moving to Ardmore, Oklahoma. She taught Social Studies in the Ardmore Public School System for ten years. She married George P. Selvidge, Jr. on October 14, 1945, and he preceded her in death March 14, 1983. Moving from Ardmore to Oklahoma City in 1989, she was an active member of All Souls' Episcopal Church and St. Anne's Guild. She also is preceded in death by her parents, sister Eunice Armstrong, brother Grover Fulkerson and nephew Will Fulkerson. She is survived by her three sons and their wives, Mark and Janet, OKC, George and Sally, OKC, and Tom and Ann, Norman, and her six grandchildren, Rachel, John, Sarah, Ellen, Elizabeth and George Thomas. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m, on Saturday, May 24, in the Chapel of St. Mary at All Souls' Episcopal Church with interment at Rosehill Cemetery in Ardmnore.
