She was born east of Moore to James I. and Edna E. (Goodmiller) Trimble on April 20, 1918. She graduated from Moore High School in 1935 and began work for Southwestern Bell in 1946 as an operator. For several years, she volunteered in Moore Hospital until it closed. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Velma Dyer, Helen Luckuck; one brother, Lloyd Trimble; and one niece, Margie Shroyer. She leaves behind several nephews; two nieces, Doris Homer of Moore and Beulah Crowder of Edmond; and several grand nieces and nephews.
