Jimmy Wilkerson officiating. Mayes Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements. He died early today in Norman Municipal Hospital. Underwood was born on Nov. 27, 1907, in Sterling (Oklahoma) and had lived in Cleveland County most of his life. He was a graduate of Noble High School and was a mechanic. He owned and operated the H&W Auto Shop for many years and was active in the Senior Citizens Center. Survivors inclusde his wife, Esta of the home; two daughters, Marcia Tanner of Tulsa and Sara Rollins of Norman; a sister Pearl Shotts of Norman and five grandchildren. Honorary bearers will be Joe Jansing, Jim Brown, Bill Bernard, Wayne Houck, L.T. Hagar, Marvin Collins, Doug Harris, Bob Price, Louis Wells, Ralph Veal, Bill Bagley, Bob Swartz and Okie Miles.
