Services will be at 5 p.m. Saturday at New Covenant Outreach, 620 NW 5th St. in Moore with Pastor Billy Chambers officiating. Mayes Funeral Directors in Norman is handling arrangements. Mrs.Vincent was born April 14, 1945, in Norman, to Roberta (Rodman) and Arthur Dale Vincent. She was married to Dennis Neil Wheeler.
