Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Highland Park Cemetery in Borger with D. Jay Lewis, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church in Borger, officiating. Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Directors of Borger. Mr. Phillips was a veteran of World War II and the Korean War, serving in the Army. He was a stillman for Phillips Petroleum Co. Survivors include a son, Eddie Phillips of Arlington; a daughter, Sandra Phillips of Arlington; a brother, James Phillips of Coalgate, Okla.; two grandchildren; and a stepgrandson.
