GEO. W. BROE ESTATE GIVEN $5,000 JUDGEMENT

From Wednesday Daily

The case of Geo. W. Broe, of this city vs. J.O. Severns of Oklahoma City, 
was decided today by Judge Tolbert as special judge, in favor of the 
plaintiff, granting him $5,000.00 and interest from Sept. 5 1905. This 
case grew out of the Lawton ditch work done here in 1904. Another decision 
in favor of the plaintiff is the continuance of Mr. English as receiver 
until another matter is settled Mr. B.M. Parmenter is attorney for the 
Broe estate.
