CHARLEY KNOFF received sad news by telegraph Monday that his father had died at Carthage, Missouri. W. L. GREEN rented his farm to J. A. ROY and is moving Winston, Davis County, Missouri. DEWEY GEORGE took dinner with BARNEY HENDRIX Sunday. MRS. TENOPIR is able to be out after her sickness. MAYNE HESTAND called on LOUIS TENOPIR Saturday. LURA WEATHERS spent Sunday with her parents who live south of town. GEORGIE HINKLE took dinner with MAYNE HESTAND Sunday. MISS CHESS and LENA GEORGE were home Sunday. MRS. MINNETTE TOMLINSON visited ANNA BAUGHMAN from Saturday to Monday. A horse owned by ED BAUGHMAN was bit by a snake. MARY and RALPH BROWN are sick at this writing. MR. WILKERSON is sick with grippe and pneumonia. Mr and Mrs. SAM JEFFERIES visited JOHN BROWNS’s Sunday. Several of the people went on a pleasure trip to the mountains Sunday. Signed ROXIE.
