Mr. Anderson died Monday, Dec. 1, 2003, in Lawton. ========= Lawton Constitution 3 Dec 2003 Lloyd Anderson FLETCHER — Funeral for Lloyd Anderson, 89, Fletcher, will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Becker Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with the Rev. A.L. Swagerty, interim pastor, Fletcher First Baptist Church, officiating. Mr. Anderson died Monday, Dec. 1, 2003, in Lawton. Burial will be at Fort Sill National Cemetery, Elgin. He was born May 9, 1914, north of Lawton in the Saddle Mountain area, to William and Pearl Anderson. He grew up in Lawton and attended Lawton Schools. He married Eunice V. Christian on June 23, 1933, in Duncan. She died Nov. 19, 2002. He worked for civil service at Fort Sill with the post engineers as a carpenter until his retirement. He was then self-employed as a rancher east of Fletcher. He was a member of the Saddle Club. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law: Margie and George Hull, Durant; and Yvonne and Harvey L. Coombs, Wichita Falls, Texas; three grandchildren and their spouses: Rae Lynn and Mike McCauley, Yukon; Steven and Brenda Hoover, Piedmont; and Beth Ann and Bob Higgs, San Marcos, Texas; four great- grandchildren: Darrin McCauley and his wife, Theresa, Pomona, Calif.; Clinton McCauley and his wife, Amanda, Newcastle; and Kyle and Austin Hoover, both of Piedmont; and three great-great-grandchildren: Taylor McCauley, Madison Jo McCauley and Lloyd Christian McCauley. He was preceded in death by two sons: Billy Joe and Howard Eugene; two brothers: Ben and Clifford Peoples; and a sister, Ruby Henson.
