James Towers officiating. Mrs. Bass died Wednesday, March 26, 2003, in East Orange. Arrangements are by Jefferson Funeral Home. She was born April 27, 1923, in Lawton, to Willie Frank and Octavil Houston. She married Arliss Bass, and she was a homemaker. She was a former member of Galilee Missionary Baptist Church.
