All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Lawton Constitution 3 Dec 2003 James Lewis Billings Graveside service for James Lewis Billings, 38, Lawton, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Les Ledbetter officiating. Mr. Billings died Monday, Dec. 1, 2003, at a local hospital. Arrangements are by Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home. He was born Oct. 18, 1965, in Lawton, to William Russell and Dorothy David Billings. He grew up and attended schools in Lawton. He graduated from Lawton High School in 1983 and was a member of FFA. He owned and operated Billings Lawn and Tree Service for more than 10 years. He attended the Vocational-Technical School where he received a certificate in auto mechanics. Survivors include his mother, of the home; five brothers: Billy W. Billings and his wife, Connie, Steve Allen Billings, Marvin D. Billings and Terry Lynn Billings, all of Lawton, and Pat Wayne Billings, Norman; two nieces: Tracey Brian and her husband, Troy, Oklahoma City; and Brandy Jones, Lawton; three great-nieces: Shelbey, Oklahoma City; Karis Jones and Kendall Jones, both of Lawton; a great-nephew, Justin Brian, Oklahoma City; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
