All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::NOT LISTED Beeler, Donald Dec 25, 1931-Oct 25, 2006 Born in Lawton, Okla., he passed away in Carson City, Nev., with his wife of 25 years, Erika, at his side. The only son of Ethel Roberts of Sacramento, age 95. Preceded in death by father Evert Beeler of Lawton. Besides his mother and wife, he leaves behind three sisters, Lorene (Fran) Lehto of Georgetown, Barbara Watkins who lived with his mother and nephew David Watkins of Sacramento, and Cheri (Bob) Bales of Salinas, Calif. Also survived by two daughters by a previous marriage, Valerie L. Beeler-Swan of New Quiama, Calif., and Kimberly A. Beeler of Carson City, stepdaughter Nadia McBride and her son Tyler of Carson City, three known grandchildren, Dillon, Britany, and Jade, many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Schooled in Bakersfield, he joined the Navy in 1950 and served for four years on the U.S.S. Thomas Jefferson and in Korea. He was in later years employed at CalNeva Hotel. He was a huge Rams fan who loved to travel with his wife, loved family get-togethers and fishing. He had a talent and love for writing, was very smart with a wonderful personality and a great sense of humor. He had a beautiful smile we will never forget. He was very caring and helpful to all in his family. He made many friends during his life and was loved by all who knew him. He will be missed by all those who loved him. We love you. Rest in peace until we see one another again, our dear loving son, brother, husband, father, grandpa, and uncle.
