All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Ritter-Gray FH--Lawton OK Lawton Constitution 16 July 2003 Jeannine Bare Barnett Word has been received of the death of Jeannine Bare Barnett, 66, Lawton. No service is planned at this time. Mrs. Barnett died Sunday, July 13, 2003, at a local nursing center. Arrangements are under direction of Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home. She was born Jan. 1, 1937, in Lawton, to K.C. and Sybil Iverson Bare. She attended school in Oklahoma City, and graduated from Capital Hill High School in 1955 where she was president of the national honor society. She married Robert E. Williamson on April 16, 1955, in Wichita Falls, Texas. She came to Lawton in 1955. She later married Joe Barnett in 1984. She worked as a secretary for civil defense director Wes Miller. She was also a dispatcher at the Comanche County Sheriff’s Department, and worked for the county clerk office. She was a campfire leader, and she and her husband lived in the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge. She was a member of Beal Heights Presbyterian Church. Survivors include a son, Robert Bobby Williamson Jr. and his wife, Eli, Lawton; four daughters and two sons-in-law: Debra and Rob Loggins, and Margaret Neilsen, all of Lawton; Catherine and Billy Kemble, Dexter, Ky.; and Jeannie Tanner, Tennessee; a sister, Lue Leed, Lawton; 12 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
