COST, 84, longtime Fletcher resident who died early Saturday in the family home here. He had been ill with pneumonia about one week. Cost was born Dec. 23, 1865, in Alabama. In addition to his wife, Edmonia, he is survived by two daughters, eight sons, and a niece, Mrs. Bonnie Barker, of Duncan. Sons and daughters surviving are John, of Riverside, Calif; Will, Antlers; Forrest, Chickasha; Jess, Lawton; Bailey, Salt Lake City, Utah; Ernest, Elgin; Horance, Chickasha; Percy, Fort Worth; Mrs. Maude Taylor, Cache, and Mrs. Bernice George, Salt Lake City. Rev. J. J. Jordan, pastor, will conduct the rites, assisted by Rev. Fred Cox, pastor of the Sterling Baptist Church, and Rev. Charles Farmer, local Baptist missionary.
