All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm +========================================================================+ Ann Tomahsah Chaat, 78, of Oklahoma City went to be with her Heavenly Father on Monday, July 29, 2002. She was born in Lawton, Oklahoma on August 25, 1923, and was a member of the Comanche Tribe. Ann was a member of Billy Hooton U.M.C. in OKC and will be missed by her church family who loved and adored her. She is survived by her children: Cheryl Takawana of Denton, Texas; Marilyn Chaat Brown of San Leandro, CA; Bob 'Bobby' Chaat III of Hotezvilla, AZ; Donna Pewo of Oklahoma City; and two brothers, Henry Tomahsah of Lawton and John Pratt of Gore, OK. She loved people and was 'Kaa-koo' to not only her grandchildren, but also to several others. Ann had 12 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and loving friends. Ann loved to sew and worked as a seamstress for over 40 years. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 31, at Billy Hooton U.M.C. in Oklahoma City. A prayer service in Lawton, Oklahoma will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday, August 2nd at Whinery- Huddleston Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 3rd at Comanche Reformed Church in Lawton, Oklahoma. Interment will be at Highland Park, Lawton Oklahoma.
