Bob Farley, Word of Life Christian Center, Apache, officiating. Arrangements are by Hodge Funeral Home, Fletcher. Kailyn was born Aug. 26, 2002, in Oklahoma City. She died Saturday, Sept. 21, 2002, in Oklahoma City.
