All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Lawton Constitution 4 Dec 2003 Alma Marie Clark Funeral for Alma Marie Clark, 88, Lawton, will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Becker Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Charles Kriss, retired Baptist minister, officiating. Mrs. Clark died Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2003, at her home. Burial will be at Letitia Cemetery. She was born Sept. 19, 1915, in the Bethel Community, east of Lawton, to William H. and Elizabeth A. Blythe McCaig. She grew up and attended school east of Lawton. She married Lee R. Clark on Dec. 1, 1934, in Lawton. They owned and operated two Laundromats in Lawton for a short time. She later worked for Johnson’s Bakery, retiring after 15 years. She was a member of Lawton First Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband of the home; two sons: Kenneth Clark, Duncan; and Garland Clark, Cache; six granddaughters; two grandsons; three great-granddaughters; five great-grandsons; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, 14 brothers and sisters, a grandson and a great-grandson.
