Jones, * Lawton, OK 73501 SPC Robert Thomas Dean SPC Robert Thomas Dean, Jr. was the son of the late Robert Thomas Dean, Sr. and Okcha Dean. He was born in Waterbury, Connecticut on 13 June 1979. He attended Taft Elementary, Central Junior High, Tomlinson Junior High and Lawton Senior High in Lawton, Oklahoma. He was previously married to Aisha Rone and he leaves two children Terrell and Tamiyah of Lawton, Oklahoma. Robert also leaves behind a sister Joyce Dean, Nephews Mack A. Smith IV, Marquise L. Smith of Lawton, and a Fiancé Anita V. Fincher of Union, South Carolina. Upon graduation from High School, Robert joined the US Army and completed his basic and advanced individual training at Fort Benning, Georgia before being assigned to C 2/327th Infantry at Fort Campbell, Kentucky as an Infantryman. While station at Fort Campbell, he deployed with the 101 Air Assault Division to Kosovo where he earned the Kasovo Campaign Medal (2nd Award) and the Nato Kosovo medal. Other awards include the Army Commendation Medal (2nd Oak Leaf Cluster), the Army Service Medal and the Air Assault Badge.
