All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Becker Funeral Home 24 Oct 2004 Dunegan, Kathleen Marie Age 90, Fletcher, Funeral services will be 1:30 pm, Wednesday, October 27, 2004 in the First Baptist Church of Fletcher with A.L. Swagerty, Baptist Minister, Fletcher, officiating. Mrs. Dunegan died Sunday, October 24 in Lawton. Burial will be in the Fletcher Cemetery under the direction of the Becker Funeral Home of Fletcher (formerly Robbins Funeral Home). Kathleen was born May 1, 1914 in Gainesville, Texas to Archie and Avor (Stillwell) Heilman. She came to the Rush Springs area at the age of 13. She married Elmer Ridley on January 23, 1932. They had two children, Naomi (Ridley) Mitchell and David Ridley. They lived on a farm west of Fletcher and later south of Elgin. She was a homemaker and helped with the farm, loved making quilts, crocheting, handwork and music. After Elmers death on July 18, 1959, she became a beautician and married Orville Cable on April 16, 1960. He died July 16, 1986. She then married Millard Dunegan on December 10, 1987. He died February 18, 1995. Mrs. Dunegan was a member of the First Baptist Church in Fletcher, Oklahoma. Survivors include her daughter: Naomi Ridley Mitchell and husband Sam, Fletcher, Oklahoma; a son, David Ridley and wife Pat, Apache, Oklahoma; two sisters, Leona Graves, Rush Springs, Oklahoma and Dawn Renfroe, Duncan, Oklahoma; a brother: Archie Heilman, Marlow, Oklahoma; five grandchildren: Christie Pettijohn and husband Jerry, Cheryle Bussey and husband Rick, Charlotte Snider and husband Donnie, Heather Bowman and Sam D. Mitchell and wife Duane; 13 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren; a step son: John Cable and his wife of Sulphur, Oklahoma; 2 step daughters: Mary Ruth Pointer and Elizabeth Norton of Rush Springs, Oklahoma, several step grandchildren, nieces and nephews, a sister-in-law: Mamie Williams and husband Russell, Cyril, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her parents and five brothers: Bill Heilman of Fletcher, Arthur Heilman and Norman Heilman of Chickasha, Fred Heilman of Roanoke, West Virginia and Dan Heilman of Rush Springs.
