Estes HOLLIS, Okla. - Raymond H. Estes, 92, died Monday, Jan. 26, 1998. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. James Densman and the Rev. Hoyt Ellis officiating. Burial will be in the Dodson Cemetery by Stewart Funeral Service. Mr. Estes was born in Indian Territory and lived most of his life on a farm in the Sandy community near Hollis. He graduated from high school at Hollis. Mr. Estes served on the school board at Arnett. He had been a member of the Hope, Antioch and, for the last several years, the First Baptist Church at Hollis, where he was a deacon. He was responsible for the Monday singing at two nursing homes for many years. Survivors include his wife, Eunice; a son, R.D. Estes of Amarillo; a daughter, Rita Duncan of Sterling, Okla.; six grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
