'Joe' Estes Graveside service for Holcie H. "Joe" Estes, 87, Lawton, will be at 11 a.m. today at Washington Cemetery with the Rev. Ron Perceful officiating. Mr. Estes died Wednesday, Sept. 8, 2004, in Tuttle. Arrangements are by Yoakum-Damet Funeral Home, Purcell. He was born in Pottawatomie County to John Henry and Myrtle Cole Estes. He married Gladys Smith on May 21, 1938. He was a chef and owned and operated the Highway Cafe and the Country Kitchen Cafe in Lawton. He retired in the early 1990s. Survivors include two daughters: Mary Ruth Cardinal, Duncan; and Nancy and David Hibbs, Newcastle; a son, Billy Dain and Cecilia, Oklahoma City; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters: Ruth Madden and Lorene Richardson; and a grandson, Steve A.
