All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Fort Sill National Cemetery--Elgin OK Becker Funeral Home Obit 24 Oct 2005 Arthur James Fish Age 68, Lawton - Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday in the Fort Sill National Cemetery. Mr. Fish died Monday in Lawton. Burial will be under the direction of the Becker Funeral Home. He was born November 29, 1936 at Front Royal, Virginia. He grew up in Virginia and enlisted in the Marine Corp and was discharged December 27, 1962. He came to Lawton in 1969 and owned and operated Art’s Plumbing for 36 years. He married Betty Jean Ladd on August 17, 1971 at Winchester, Virginia. He was a lifetime member of VFW and a member of the Elk’s Lodge. He is survived by his wife, of the home; seven daughters and sons in law, Phyllis Cochran, Altus, Oklahoma, Janet and Mike Dieter, Centerville, Georgia, Sandra and Bobby Stradley, Duncan, Oklahoma, Cyenthia and Byron Pennington, Lawton, Patricia and Robert Kraus, Denton, Texas, Katheryn and Steve Bell and Deborrah Rochester, all of Oklahoma City; 15 Grandchildren, Steven Dieter and wife Tanya, Matthew Pennington, Amber Pennington, Amanda Stradley, Johnny Kraus, Jeffrey Kraus, Brandon Rochester, Trenton Newhouse, Braden Stradley, Brooke Cochran, Brittany Fannon, Toni Taylor, Jared Higgins, Alexis Higgins and Jada Higgins; three great grandchildren, Abigail, Adam and Zoe; a sister, Nancy Campbell, Houston, Texas.
