All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== ::Chattanooga Cemetery--Chattanooga OK Lawton Constitution 10 May 2002 Hannah Fisher Funeral for Hannah Fisher, 88, Lawton, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Peace Congregational Church, Indiahoma, with the Rev. James Roberts, pastor, and the Rev. Wayne Schoonover, pastor, Liberty Heights Chapel, officiating. Mrs. Fisher died Thursday, May 9, 2002, at a local hospital. Burial will be at Chattanooga Cemetery under direction of Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home. She was born Jan. 23, 1914, east of Manitou to Philip Konrad and Katherine Raduer Stoll. She graduated from the eighth grade at Glendale. She married Carl Fisher on Sept. 8, 1937, at Peace Congregational Church. He died Oct. 26, 1997. She continued to reside on their farm northwest of Chattanooga until December 1998 when she moved to the Village on Lee Retirement Center in Lawton. She was a member of Peace Congregational Church and taught Sunday school in earlier years. She was a homemaker. Survivors include a son and two daughters-in-law: Calvin Ernest and Celia Fisher, and Elwana Fisher, all of Chattanooga; two daughters and sons-in- law: Catherine Ruth and Burl Scherler, Sheridan Lake, Colo.; and Carolyn Helen and Larry Kuder, Salina, Kan.; seven grandchildren and their spouses: Mark Edwin and Lisa Fisher, Stillwater; LaQuita Jenise and Ronnie Shaw, Lawton; Lisa Jeanette and Dodge Pool, Chattanooga; Lynn Mark and Keri Scherler, Lubbock, Texas; Laury Janae Kuder, Salina; Christi Dawn Scherler, Sheridan Lake; and Craig Heath Kuder, Salina; a stepgrandson, Justin Wayne Fischer, Bothell, Wash.; three great-grandsons: Caleb Shaw, Lawton; and J. Dodge and Fain Pool, both of Chattanooga; two great- granddaughters: McKara Shaw, Lawton; and Addison Scherler, Lubbock; two sisters and brothers-in-law: Leah and George Grandee, El Cajon, Calif.; and Ester and Earl Webster, Tulsa; three sisters-in-law: Lavida Stoll, Newcastle; Hanna Stoll, Lawton; and Eva Stoll, Frederick; and special friends at the Village on Lee Retirement Center. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Carl Edwin Fisher; five brothers: Phillip, Jacob, Daniel, Manuel and Robert; and two sisters: Katherine and Eva. Memorial contributions may be made to Peace Congregational Church.
