All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== Becker Funeral Home 9 Feb 2005 Susie Golden Age 87, Cyril, Memorial Service will be at 1:30 pm Saturday, February 12, 2005 at the Fletcher Christian Church, Fletcher, Oklahoma with Jim Hall, pastor, officiating. Mrs. Golden died Wednesday in a Chickasha nursing home. Services will be under the direction of the Becker Funeral Home of Fletcher, (formerly Robbins Funeral Home). Mrs. Golden was born on December 5, 1917 in Hickory County, Missouri to Joseph C. and Mary (McDaniel) Herbert. She moved with her family as a young girl from Hickory County, near Wheatland, Missouri to the Fletcher Area. It was there that she met her husband Les Golden. They were married on August 4, 1936 in Lawton, Oklahoma. They lived their lives together in the Fletcher, Sterling, Marlow and Cyril area. Mr. Golden preceded her in death on January 9, 1995. She attended Fletcher schools and was a lifelong member of the Fletcher Christian Church. Survivors include: two daughters, Frances Ann Sims and husband Joe, Moore, Oklahoma, Elaine Coogle and husband Harry, Moore, Oklahoma: a son, Jimmy Wayne Golden and wife Sandy, Cyril, Oklahoma; 4 grandsons, Joe A. Sims, Yukon, Oklahoma, Ricky L. Sims, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Kevin J. Henderson, El Reno, Oklahoma and Chad M. Coogle, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 3 granddaughters, Kim L.
