Watkins, associate pastor officiating. Mrs. Green died Monday in an Oklahoma City hospital. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery under the direction of Becker Funeral Home. She was born November 28, 1922 in Comanche, Texas to Henry Lewis and Mary Harriet Rosanna (Ford) Buckmaster. She had worked in a peanut factory in Comanche, Texas and also helped on the family farm. She married Eugene “Gene” Green on May 16, 1950 in Comanche, Texas. He died April 18, 1988. Mrs. Green was a member of First Baptist Church. Survivors include a son; Dennis K. Green, Wichita Falls, Texas, two daughters; Nelda L. Baker and her husband Bill J., Sallisaw, and Belinda S. Drummond and her husband David J., Lawton, six grandchildren; Amy Morgan, Dallas, Texas, Michella Turner and her husband, Cody, Tuttle, Shauna Garrett and her husband John, Tulsa, Jennifer Lofdahl and her husband Michael, Lawton, Brendan Baker, Lawton, and Dustin Schuler and his wife Kathy, Oklahoma City, four great grandchildren; Cole Morgan, Dallas, Texas, Dash Drummond Turner, Tuttle, Cade Johnson, Sallisaw, and Dylan Hawthorne, Choctaw, and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, seven sisters; Delsie Jane, Elsie, Myrtle Rachel, Lena “Vivian”, Vada Lee, Georgia “Winona”, and Billie Louise, and a brother; Samuel Roosevelt Buckmaster.
