Hennessee Age 78, Lewiston, Idaho - Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday in the Pecan Cemetery with Dr. Ronnie Miller, officiating. Mr. Hennessee died Tuesday in Seattle, Washington. Burial will be under the direction of the Becker Funeral Home. Mr. Hennessee was the third of eight children born to Sam Norman and Maydell Hennessee on October 18, 1926 in Comanche County, Oklahoma. He was raised on a farm in Comanche County. He spent many years in California and worked in the catering business for 45 years. He retired in 1985 to Lawton but after a while came out of retirement to work as a Loan Officer in the family business for 12 years. He continued to work until April of 2005 when he and his family moved to Lewiston, Idaho. He married Sandra J. Christensen on September 9, 1977 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Survivors include his wife, of the home; a son and daughter in law, Clyde Hennessee, Jr. and Virginia, Diamond Bar, California; three step children, Diane and Francisco Rodriguez, Torrance, California, Julie Hunter, Lewiston, Idaho, and David Hunter, Santa Rosa, California; three step grandchildren, Mark, Mike and Linda; three brothers, Alford and Dee Hennessee, both of Lawton and Jack Hennessee, Fountain Valley, California; a sister, Helen Bernhart, Pulaski, Tennessee; eight nieces and four nephews; former spouse, Twilla Ross, Lawton.
