All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm +========================================================================+ Lawton Constitution 27 Dec 2002 Walter Ray ‘Butch’ Hendricks MEDICINE PARK — Memorial service for Walter Ray "Butch" Hendricks, 53, Medicine Park, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Cowboy Church, north of Lawton, with Paul Lutz and Bud Jones officiating. Mr. Hendricks died Friday, Dec. 20, 2002, at Cuidad de Juarez, Mexico. Arrangements are by Whinery-Huddleston Funeral Service. He was born Aug. 17, 1949, in Lawton to Bill and Jewel Hendricks. He was a brick mason and had been employed by Gene Warner Construction Company. He had lived in Pueblo, Colo., and worked for various construction companies. He was a Baptist. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Kevin Ray and Trish Hendricks, Bayard, Neb.; a daughter and son-in-law, Melissa R. and Charlie Connor, Saint Jo, Texas; three sisters and two brothers-in-law: Jean Haile and Pat and Johnny Hocutt, all of Medicine Park; and Billie Ann and Harland Penick, Paradise Valley; and four grandchildren.
