Mrs. Johnson died Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2003, in Mayfield, Ohio. ========= Lawton Constitution 23 Nov 2003 Doris Jean Johnson Funeral for Doris Jean Johnson, 65, Lawton, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Greater Faith Apostolic Church with District Elder Joseph Readen officiating. Mrs. Johnson died Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2003, in Mayfield, Ohio. Burial will be at Sunset Gardens under direction of Jefferson Funeral Home, Inc. She was born Dec. 24, 1937, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Curtis Patrick and Bertha Patton. She moved to Lawton in 1994. She was married to William L. Johnson and they were later divorced. She was a retiree of General Motors, with more than 21 years of employment. She received her formal education in the Cleveland, Ohio, public schools and graduated from John Hay High School. She was a volunteer with the American Red Cross, United Way Services, Neighborhood Watch, and UAW Local No. 1005. She was a member of Greater Faith Apostolic Temple. Survivors include a son, William Patrick, Cleveland, Ohio; two daughters: Rhonda Lynn Williams and her husband, Jerry, Geronimo; and Gwendolyn D. Johnson, Henderson, Nev.; two grandchildren: Justin, Cleveland, Ohio; and Jamal, Lawton; a brother, Curtis Patrick, Chagrin, Ohio; and her mother, Bertha P. Patton, Lawton.
