Klick Sr. LAWTON, Okla. - Henry G. Klick Sr., 85, of Lawton, died Friday, March 28, 1997, in Lawton. He was born Jan. 18, 1912, in Chicago. He worked at Republic Steel in Chicago, and then moved to Mercer, Wis., where he was a sheriff's deputy. He also drove truck cross-country for Tri-State Homes. He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, where he was an usher. He was a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, Royal Neighbors of America, AFL-CIO Local 1033, United Steelworkers of America, and Steelworkers Organization of Active Retirees. He was the oldest participant in a Jerry Lewis Charity Skate-a-Thon, was the oldest torch bearer in the 1989 Olympic Torch Run through Oklahoma, bowled with two bowling leagues, and delivered Mobile Meals until the age of 83. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Helen Klick; four daughters, Jeanette Krstolich of Chicago, Dr. Anne Williams of Lawton, Margaret Richards of Mercer, and Patricia Otto of Ludington, Mich.; three sons, James Klick of Lockport, Ill., George Klick of Chicago and Henry Klick Jr. of Hagerstown; two sisters, Helen Moise of Chicago and Mildred Lescalleet of Santee, Calif.; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. A funeral Mass will be celebrated today at 10 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, with the Rev. Marvin Levin, as celebrant. Entombment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens Chapel of Peace Mausoleum.
