All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Highland Cemetery--Lawton OK Becker Funeral Home Obit 10 Sep 2005 Ann Joiner Looney Age 95, Huntsville, Alabama - Services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday in Highland Cemetery with Rev. Frankye Johnson, officiating. Mrs. Looney died Monday in Huntsville, Alabama. Burial will be under the direction of the Becker Funeral Home She was born and raised in Belleville, Arkansas, where she graduated from high school. She attended Chillicothe Business College in Chillicothe, Missouri, and later worked as a legal secretary in Wewoka, Oklahoma where she met and married William Marshall Looney who preceded her in death in 1979. She and her husband lived most of their lives in Lawton where they first owned and operated a soft drink bottling company and later founded Marshall Looney Realty and Insurance Company, which they maintained until Mr. Looney’s death. She had been a resident in Huntsville for four years to be close to her daughter and family. Survivors include her daughter, Claudia Davis, Huntsville, Alabama; a son, Robert Marshall Looney and wife Vicki, Spokane, Washington; grandchildren, Leanne Davis McMurray and husband Brad, Huntsville, James Earl Davis, III, Nashville, Tennessee, Gina Linke and husband David, Spokane, Washington, and Gilbert Looney, Tulsa, Oklahoma; four great grandchildren, Keeley and Connor McMurray, Huntsville, and Taylor and Dylan Linke, Spokane; a sister, Bernice Webb, Shawnee, Oklahoma; many nieces and nephews.
