LeRoy, 94, Sulphur, were held at 8:00 a.m., Sunday, Dec. 17 with Bro. Carl Rubeck officiating. Interment was in Chattanooga Cemetery in Chattanooga, Okla. with Krien Funeral Home of Sulphur in charge of arrangements. Born June 14, 1922 in Chattanooga to Lawson and Dora (Terry) LeRoy, he died Friday, Dec. 16. He graduated from Mt. Park High School in Mt. Park, Okla. He served as Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He lived in Can Alma, Venezuela from 1954 to 2006 and was a resident of the Sulphur Veterans Center since May, 2006. He was preceded in death by his parents; an infant brother; two sisters, Mildred Benton and Lillian Taylor and one nephew, Terry Taylor.
