Massey - Hughes Co. LAWTON — Graveside service for retired Sgt. 1st Class Donald K. Massey, 67, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Post Cemetery, Fort Sill. Mr. Massey died Tuesday, April 30, 2002, in Las Vegas, Nev. Burial with military honors will be under direction of Becker Funeral Home. He was born May 3, 1934, in Holdenville. He served in the Marines during the Korean War and in the Army during the Vietnam War. He retired at Fort Sill in 1973. Survivors include five children: Donald Keith Massey Jr. and Michael W. Massey, both of Lawton; Brenda S. Moody, Duncan; Kenneth W. Massey, Marlow; and Theresa A. Ruffin, Las Vegas; one sister, Mary E. Jackson, Tulsa; and 10 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Kenneth Massey.
