Barbara Louise Stamper McGinnis

BARTLESVILLE — Memorial service for former Elgin resident Barbara Louise 
Stamper McGinnis, 66, Bartlesville, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Stumpff 
Funeral Home Chapel, Bartlesville. Mrs. McGinnis died Wednesday, May 14, 
2003, at a Tulsa medical center.

Survivors include her husband, Ronald McGinnis, of the home; six sons: Doug 
Stamper, Fletcher; Rick Stamper, Lawton; Terry Stamper, Virginia; James 
Stamper, Grove; James Chapman, Tulsa; and Leonard Chapman, Miami; a 
daughter, Teresa Stamper Spicer, Grove; her mother, Bartlesville; a 
brother, Jack Woods, Bartlesville; two sisters: Anna Mae Woods, 
Bartlesville; and Thelma Blevins, Piedmont; 20 grandchildren; and five 
great-grandchildren.
