Jamie Powell, pastor ,and Don Wright, pastor of Midway Baptist Church, Cyril, officiating. Mr. Millsap died Friday, March 21, 2003, at his home. Arrangements are under direction of Becker Funeral Home. He was born Nov. 27, 1928, in Weleetka to Walter and Tempy Millsap. He married Pat Meadors on April 18, 1952, in Allen. Mr. Millsap retired from the Army in 1966 after 22 years of service. He then attended Cameron University and taught elementary school in Lawton, Binger and Oney. He was a member of First Baptist West. Survivors include his wife, of the home; three daughters and sons-in-law: Deana and Steve Carroll and Donna and Steve Anthony, all of Lawton; and Debi and Kurt Kasper, Oklahoma City; a brother, Clay Millsap, Tulsa; three sisters: Dorothy Parker, Norman; Faye Jones, California; and Artee Harvatich, Illinois; five granddaughters: Christi Anderson and her husband Shawn, Kelly Cole, Nicole Anthony, Amy Anthony, all of Lawton; and Ashley Kasper, Oklahoma City; and two step-grandchildren: Seth Kasper, Oklahoma City, and Maren Kasper, Tyler, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and three sisters. Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist West, 7302 NW Cache Road, Lawton, OK 73505.
